They may be pursuing short-term results at the expense of sustaining long-term outcomes. Or sometimes they compete with other teams to be ‘the best’ at the expense of what is in the best interests of the enterprise.

In this hands-on 90-minute workshop, Andria Gillis works with your team to surface the invisible patterns that are shaping your results, including the ones you didn't design and don't want. Using practical activities drawn from systemic team coaching methodology, participants map their team's ecosystem, identify where communication and decision-making are bottlenecking, and leave with concrete tools they can apply immediately.

This is a working session that changes how your team sees itself, and what it believes is possible.
