Welcome!

People Lab was started in 2018 as an idea that the world needed different types of executives and managers. The hierarchical ‘command and control’ model where a leader is charismatic and authoritarian is over. What’s coming is people first leadership. Meeting your employees where they are. We work with people and organizations to help them create workplaces filled with people and teams who understand their impact and their potential. Andria Gillis the founder of People Lab has 20+ years of executive and management experience in retail and healthcare operations. Her extensive training and experience as an executive, leadership and systemic coach grounds people in the emerging neuroscience and thinking around creating better systems to allow people to thrive.

While People Lab is still a small company our vision is not. By developing teams, employees and leaders who are self aware we expect our clients can change the world.

People Lab Canada is located in the ancestral and traditional territories of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Haudenosaunee, the Anishinaabe (ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᒃ) and the Huron-Wendat, in Treaty 13 (Toronto Purchase) territory.
